Role Summary

We seek a diligent and motivated Data Analyst specializing in risk to join our team. This role entails building and managing user tagging systems, constructing dynamic user profiles, and extracting actionable insights from extensive user datasets. Collaboration across teams will be key to enhancing personalized offerings, risk mitigation strategies, and data-led decisions throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a detailed user tagging framework to aid personalized services and risk control measures.
• Analyze behavioral data to create precise and evolving user profiles.
• Extract valuable insights via data mining, feature engineering, and exploratory analyses on large datasets.
• Work closely with teams including Product, Risk, Marketing, and Technology to refine user segmentation and targeting approaches.
• Continuously assess and enhance the quality, precision, and applicability of user tags and profiles.
• Facilitate data-driven decisions organization-wide.
• Detect user behavior patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends to drive growth and risk management.
• Contribute improvements to data methodologies, profiling systems, and analytical workflows.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Three to five years of experience in data analysis, user profiling, customer segmentation, or similar fields.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, user behavior examination, and segmentation strategies.
• Proficient with Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with large-scale data environments is beneficial.
• Deep understanding of user tagging techniques and mapping user journey processes.
• Preferably familiar with black-market ecosystems and operational models related to bonus abuse, promotion exploitation, or fraudulent studio activities; hands-on experience in detection and prevention is advantageous.
• Knowledge of machine learning methodologies applied to user data is a plus.
• Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively in a fast-moving, multinational team setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Experience with AI technologies and their practical implementation is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Background in internet platforms, fintech, risk control, growth analytics, or anti-fraud sectors.
• Experience with experimentation methods, including A/B testing and user lifecycle analytics.
• Expertise handling extensive behavioral datasets and real-time analytical scenarios.
