Join CowManager as a Dairy Success Manager in the Southland region and empower farmers to maximize the benefits of our advanced herd monitoring technology. Our innovative platform, operational in over 40 countries, is helping dairy producers improve animal health, fertility, nutrition, and overall herd performance through real-time data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for farmers’ technical inquiries via phone and email.
• Monitor active CowManager systems daily, promptly identifying and escalating bugs, incidents, or performance issues to the technical team.
• Deliver both remote and on-farm training sessions to ensure optimal system adoption and utilize the technology’s full potential.
• Assist with hardware setup and integration of data with herd management software.
• Foster strong communication channels with dairy farmers, dealers, and the New Zealand sales team to support relationship building.
• Collect feedback from users in the field and communicate it to CowManager’s product and support teams for continuous development.
• Partner closely with CowManager New Zealand and international headquarters teams to synchronize efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about the dairy industry with foundational knowledge of cow fertility, health, and nutrition—hands-on experience preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and proactively with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Solid IT skills including familiarity with networks and standard software applications.
• Strong analytical thinker with a solution-focused mindset and structured approach.
• Exceptional communication skills and empathy for customer needs.
• Willing and able to travel across Southland for site visits and training.
• Applicants must reside in New Zealand and possess a valid work visa or residency status.
