Key Responsibilities

• Organize and zone the dairy and frozen product areas efficiently.
• Rotate inventory regularly and inspect products for expiration dates to maintain quality.
• Ensure all merchandise is clearly labeled with correct pricing and signage.
• Comply with cold chain standards, including calibration of thermometers, logging temperatures, adhering to food handling protocols, proper product rotation, and monitoring sell-by and expiration dates.
• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Manage ordering processes, clearance sales, pricing adjustments, and accurate labeling.
• Maintain product displays and promotional features to enhance presentation.
• Keep the work area tidy, organized, and free from unnecessary items, debris, liquids, and fixtures that may interfere with operations.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
