Role overview

This position is centered on demand and supply chain planning, with a strong emphasis on digitized processes and Oracle enterprise applications. The objective is to help clients move toward process excellence through Oracle-based digital solutions. You will work directly with clients to shape intelligent business processes, enabling modern digital technologies to deliver measurable value. The role also involves configuring enterprise software using agile and hybrid delivery methods, implementing solutions end to end, and supporting the related change management efforts.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise international clients in the upper mid-market segment, particularly those involved in industrial manufacturing.
  • Review existing business processes and identify improvements with a focus on Oracle-based solutions.
  • Support the deployment and configuration of Oracle standard applications.
  • Use expertise in demand and supply chain planning, including data-driven forecasting, S&OP, MRP and advanced analytics, to improve complex supply networks.
  • Apply end-to-end process understanding and ERP/APS system knowledge to refine planning and operational workflows.
  • Model and define production-related SCM and planning processes.
  • Deliver user training sessions and facilitate workshops.
  • Be prepared for occasional travel to client locations.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, engineering, logistics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in industry, preferably in process management, organisation, demand and supply chain planning, quality management, or sourcing/procurement within manufacturing companies.
  • Initial exposure to supply chain management, logistics, or production environments.
  • Basic familiarity with Oracle Applications or other ERP platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical ability and interest in tackling complex business challenges.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
