Key Responsibilities

Operational and Strategic Leadership

  • Identify expansion opportunities, value-added services, and transformation projects for existing accounts.
  • Improve client retention, referenceability, satisfaction, and NPS/CSAT outcomes.

  • Promote the use of AI, RPA, GenAI, analytics, and workflow automation to improve accuracy, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Lead major process redesign and modernization efforts to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

  • Guide teams through change management during operational and digital transformation.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and client-specific standards.
  • Set up and maintain controls for information security, data privacy, and business continuity.
  • Track compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation through appropriate KPIs.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and audit teams to ensure smooth governance across engagements.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Transition, Finance, IT, Product, and HR teams to execute strategy effectively.
  • Provide operational insight during pre-sales, solution design, and client onboarding activities.

Experience and Qualifications
