Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Czech-speaking reservations specialist to join a client team in Athens, Greece. The role focuses on supporting Airbnb guests and hosts through reservations-related service, helping with booking questions, changes, cancellations, and platform guidance while delivering a high standard of customer care.

What You Will Do
- Respond to incoming and outgoing contacts from Czech-speaking Airbnb users through phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and timely way.
- Support customers with reservation questions, booking amendments, cancellations, and general use of the platform.
- Address complaints and route more complicated issues to the right team for resolution.
- Share clear, accurate information on Airbnb rules, processes, and services with Czech-speaking customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer conversations and case updates in the CRM system.
- Work with other teams to spot repeated issues and help improve service quality.
- Work toward personal and team targets such as customer satisfaction, response speed, and first-contact resolution.
- Stay updated on platform changes, promotions, and policy updates so support remains current and reliable.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech, both spoken and written, is required.
- English proficiency is needed for day-to-day communication in an international workplace.
- A valid EU passport or other documents allowing legal work in the European Union is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a similar area is an advantage.
- Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to handle issues calmly and empathetically.
- Comfort with a fast-moving, goal-oriented work environment.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
