Role overview
This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity based in Australia, running for approximately 2 months. The engagement is paid at a rate of $70 to $90 per hour.
What you'll do
- Review and assess content for security weaknesses and recognizable threat patterns.
- Develop, analyze, and validate challenging cybersecurity scenarios with practical, real-world relevance.
- Help strengthen model reasoning related to security threats and attack techniques.
- Collaborate asynchronously with specialists in systems programming and cybersecurity.
- Assist with classification and evaluation tasks tied to security research.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with low-level programming languages such as C, C++, or Java.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including web security and common attack vectors.
- Working familiarity with vulnerability taxonomies and frameworks such as OWASP and CVEs.
- Strong accuracy, careful analysis, and pattern recognition skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities.
- Must be able to complete an enhanced background screening.
