About the Role

This position is for a Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager responsible for delivering managed security services in a dependable, SLA-led way. The role serves as the connection point between the customer, SOC teams, and internal delivery functions, making sure service targets, quality expectations, and contract commitments are met consistently. It also owns service governance, customer satisfaction, risk handling, escalation management, and ongoing service improvement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete delivery of cybersecurity services such as SOC operations, security monitoring, and incident response.
  • Track and maintain compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and other contractual service obligations.
  • Serve as the main escalation contact for security incidents and service-related problems.
  • Manage customer relationships and conduct regular governance meetings and reviews.
  • Coordinate work across SOC, engineering, and support teams to keep service delivery smooth.
  • Review service performance and implement corrective as well as preventive actions where needed.
  • Ensure ITIL-based processes are followed for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Identify operational and contractual risks and define mitigation plans.
  • Support service transition, onboarding, and handover activities into operations.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and service performance updates.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers while ensuring partner service quality remains strong.
  • Help support business growth through better service delivery and stronger customer outcomes.

Experience and Profile

The preferred candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience, with a strong background in cybersecurity service delivery or SOC operations. The role calls for solid knowledge of SIEM, incident response, and the security operations lifecycle, along with familiarity with ITIL and service management frameworks. Strong customer handling, stakeholder management, escalation handling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are important.
