Role overview

MedNet Global Health Care Solutions L.L.C., part of Munich Re, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a broad mix of initiatives across healthcare service delivery. The role brings together project leadership and service delivery management, with responsibility for turning business goals and regulatory obligations into practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and elevate the customer experience across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Run a varied portfolio of work, including digital transformation and automation across core operational processes.
• Lead execution of key account roadmaps so delivery stays aligned with business priorities and client expectations.
• Manage compliance-related programs and certifications such as ADHICS, SOC 2, and ISO standards.
• Support the rollout of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled process improvements, to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and business cases, with measurable success criteria for post-launch review.

Business requirements and documentation

• Organize structured workshops with stakeholders from business teams, technology, and leadership to clarify goals, operational needs, and regulatory expectations.
• Convert workshop outcomes into detailed BRDs, RTMs, and use cases.
• Work closely with IT application specialists and technical teams to ensure requirements are translated correctly into solution designs and delivery plans.
• Define project success measures, operational KPIs, and acceptance standards that reflect business outcomes and compliance needs.

Digital enablement and process improvement

• Carry out discovery and feasibility reviews to identify opportunities for new technologies and process innovation.
• Help drive continuous improvement, stronger compliance capability, and predictive analytics across multi-market operations.
• Partner with data teams, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design intelligent automation solutions that reduce manual effort and support regulatory requirements.

Candidate profile

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, economics, or a comparable field.
• PMP certification and/or Six Sigma Green Belt will be considered an advantage.
• At least 4 years of project management experience within the insurance sector.
• Demonstrated success in integrations, compliance/regulatory work, process improvement, and portal enhancement projects.
• Strong control over scope, planning, critical path management, risk, issue, and change control, with delivery against time, quality, and cost targets.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project, along with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluent business English and the ability to collaborate effectively with Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Experience using AI tools for project management deliverables is valued.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, business requirement documentation, and process re-engineering.
• Exposure to AI implementation initiatives is preferred.
