Customs Declaration Officer

Job Overview

CE Express is currently seeking a Customs Declaration Officer to manage the company's customs clearance operations and standardize declaration procedures effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customs clearance processes and liaise directly with customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant declaration completion.
• Prepare, review, and organize all customs documentation accurately and submit relevant payments in accordance with established procedures.
• Analyze and improve customs declaration workflows to enhance process efficiency and standardization.

Essential Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Customs Declaration Certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in customs declaration and clearance activities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cambodia's customs regulations, declaration procedures, required documentation, and operational practices.
• Ability to independently resolve customs-related issues and maintain effective communication with customs and associated authorities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong compliance awareness.

Preferred Extras

Candidates with previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs declaration within import-export companies will be given preference.
