Role Overview

As a vital contributor to our product implementation and adoption teams, you will deliver impactful training programs using diverse formats including live sessions, webinars, and remote instruction. Your responsibilities encompass designing e-learning content utilizing tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate, and developing standardized training materials with clear goals and measurable outcomes.

You'll collaborate directly with customers to evaluate needs and customize training plans comprising schedules and feedback processes. Supporting both remote and onsite product onboarding, you will ensure seamless adoption of Zenoti’s platform while keeping training resources current with product updates and market trends. Analyzing usage data and customer feedback will be key to refining training efficacy. Additionally, contributing to the broader training strategy by defining and monitoring performance metrics will be part of your role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated history in creating and delivering customer training for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong foundation in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience working alongside international clients.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to manage client expectations effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and enterprise-level applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, instructional design, education, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years in a client-facing training or instructional design role.
• Knowledge of European or Southeast Asian languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Expertise with e-learning authoring platforms such as Camtasia Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, along with experience using learning management systems.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
