Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized, and expert customer support.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and service that define our reputable brand.
• Guide customers in effectively utilizing our leading online workflow tools.
• Serve as a dependable point of contact for prestigious brand clients throughout Europe.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Production teams located in Aachen, Osnabrück, Ulm, and Asia.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly.
• A positive, outgoing demeanor that complements our enthusiastic team environment.
• Strong active listening, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Preference for candidates with excellent language proficiency and clear written communication.
• Familiarity and comfort with digital workflows and web-based tools.
• Residency in or near Aachen is essential.
