Role Overview

Planejar Consultoria e Educação Ambiental is seeking a part-time remote Customer Support Specialist to deliver timely and quality assistance to clients. The role involves managing incoming inquiries through email, phone, and online platforms by offering accurate information on the company's environmental education programs and services.

Key Duties

Address client questions and troubleshoot common technical problems related to digital tools.
Record all customer interactions comprehensively using support management systems.
Follow up to guarantee issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complicated cases effectively.
Identify frequently occurring issues and recommend enhancements to support workflows and knowledge resources.
Maintain clear, consistent communication and uphold a service-focused approach at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in customer support with a strong track record of resolving inquiries and fostering positive customer experiences.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
Capability to provide fundamental technical assistance and guide users through digital platforms.
Analytical aptitude to assess client needs, recognize support trends, and suggest process or documentation improvements.
Self-motivated with reliable internet connectivity suitable for remote, part-time work with limited supervision.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage records and timely follow-ups efficiently.
Prior customer-facing experience, especially within consulting, education, or environmental fields, is advantageous.
Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in customer service or environmental studies is a benefit.
