Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is with a platform that matches subject-matter specialists to project-based AI work for major technology companies. The focus is on testing, assessing, and helping improve AI systems. Participation is assignment-based and does not represent a permanent job.

What you may work on

  • Develop and review fee-related inquiry and statement-clarification situations, checking that charges align with published schedules and separating simple descriptor questions from actual fraud cases.
  • Construct payment-setup and autopay situations that include common failure points such as an incorrect payee, insufficient-funds rules, an invalid draft date, or skipped confirmation steps.
  • Create cases for card replacement and fraud claims that test urgency in card blocking, detection of fraud signals, collection of intake details, and smooth escalation to the disputes team.
  • Draft account-closure scenarios that assess retention-offer rules, pending-transaction checks, and proper refusal of offers for customers who do not qualify.
  • Evaluate answers for accuracy as well as communication quality, including empathy under pressure, the right tone for the channel being used, and clear guidance without making promises that cannot be kept.

Candidate profile

This is a strong fit for people with experience in customer service, banking, or other financial-services roles who are comfortable with part-time, non-permanent project work.

How the work process works

Applicants go through an application step, complete one or more qualification assessments, join a project, carry out the assigned tasks, and then receive payment.

Time commitment

During active periods, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and depends on the project phase and requirements; it is not a guaranteed number of hours.

Compensation

The project may pay up to the equivalent of USD 50 per hour, depending on the contributor's level and speed of work. Pay can differ from one project to another based on scope, complexity, and expertise needed.

Application note

Submit a CV in English and clearly mention your English proficiency level.

Additional requirements

Preferred backgrounds include customer service, banking, retail, financial services, QA analysis, call-center training, or conversation design. Strong written English at C1 level or above is required. Candidates should also be able to judge whether an issue is within service scope and apply the correct rule from a fee schedule or policy document.

Terms and conditions

Project participation is not permanent employment. Compensation and workload are project-specific, and the earning level may vary across different opportunities.
