Job description
Overview
Mindrift offers project-based AI work with leading technology companies, where specialists help test, assess, and improve AI systems. This is not a permanent role; participation is tied to individual projects.
Role Scope
Depending on the project, contributors may be asked to work on scenario creation, quality review, and response evaluation for customer support and financial service cases.
- Develop and assess scenarios around fee questions and statement clarifications, including checks that charged amounts align with published fee schedules and that descriptor-mapping questions are not confused with genuine fraud reports.
- Build scenarios for autopay and payment setup that include common error conditions such as the wrong payee, insufficient funds policy issues, an incorrect draft date, or missing confirmation steps.
- Create cases for card replacement and fraud reporting, testing card-block urgency, recognition of fraud signals, collection of intake details, and proper transfer to the disputes team.
- Write account closure scenarios that test retention-offer eligibility logic, checks for pending transactions, and refusal to offer retention when the customer does not qualify.
- Review answers for both correctness and communication quality, including empathy under pressure, the right tone for the channel being used, and clarity without making unrealistic promises.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity is best suited to professionals with experience in customer service, banking, or financial services who are interested in part-time, non-permanent project work.
Working Model and Compensation
Tasks are expected to take about 10 to 20 hours per week during active project periods. This is only an estimate and not a guaranteed schedule. Contributors may earn up to the equivalent of $60 per hour, with pay depending on experience, contribution pace, scope, and project complexity.
Application Notes
Applicants should submit a CV in English and include their English proficiency level.
Additional Information
Project participation is sequential: apply, complete the qualification steps, join a project, finish the assigned tasks, and receive payment.
