Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join an international voice process team in Gurugram. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts, and candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
- Address customer questions and provide clear, suitable resolutions.
- Ensure strong service quality and a positive customer experience.
- Record customer conversations and updates accurately in the system.
- Work toward defined process KPIs and performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams whenever an issue needs further support.
Eligibility Criteria
- A graduation degree is required.
- At least 6 months of experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
- Strong spoken communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shift schedules.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
