Role Summary
This position is for a Business Analyst with BFSI domain experience. The role calls for hands-on exposure to banking and financial services processes, with specific familiarity across retail banking, corporate banking, digital banking, lending, payments, capital markets, investments, fintech, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Use BFSI domain knowledge to analyze business needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Work across banking and financial services processes, including retail, corporate, and digital banking.
- Apply understanding of loans, payments, capital markets, investments, fintech, and insurance in day-to-day analysis.
- Support business transformation efforts by connecting operational requirements with technology and process improvements.
- Contribute to solution design that aligns with client goals and industry-specific needs.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain.
- Strong exposure to retail banking, corporate banking, and digital banking.
- Working knowledge of lending and payment-related processes.
- Experience or understanding of capital markets, investments, fintech, and insurance.

The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity.
