About the Role
This position is for an experienced customer support professional who will contribute to training AI systems. The work involves assessing chatbot progress, checking how well they reason, and identifying issues that can help improve model quality.
The role calls for a very strong background in writing, editing, and content creation. Suitable experience may also come from related areas such as communications or journalism.

Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the responses they produce.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent grammar, writing style, and brand-voice control.
- A Bachelor’s degree that is currently underway, completed, or in progress is preferred but not mandatory.

This role is paid through PayPal, and no payment will ever be requested from applicants. Any currency conversion from USD will be handled by PayPal. Only candidates based in New Zealand will be considered. This is an independent contractor opportunity.
