Role Overview

This part-time position is for an e-commerce support specialist who will help manage customer communication and service-related requests in a modern, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication through support platforms.
• Respond to general customer inquiries as well as product-related questions.
• Process complaints and track shipping status requests.
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and support processes.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience using customer support systems such as Gorgias or Zendesk is expected.
• You should bring a strong customer-first mindset and a service-oriented approach.
• Resilience under pressure and clear communication skills are important for this role.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• A quick grasp of new topics and a sense of personal responsibility will help you succeed.
