Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for an International Voice Support role at our Chennai location. This position involves handling customer queries via phone, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and collaborating with team members to meet service targets. Continuous learning about product details and company policies is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues through inbound calls.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and organizational service level agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
  • Graduation is not a mandatory requirement.
  • Willingness to work predominantly night shifts with a 5-day work week and 2 rotational days off.

Perks

  • Cab facility available for travel within a 25 km radius from the office, applicable during specific shift timings (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM).
  • CTC range of 3 LPA to 3.8 LPA.

Eligibility

Candidates who have completed +2 or equivalent are eligible. Graduation is not a prerequisite for this role.

This is a work-from-office position. The selection process includes an HR Interview, SD Panel Interview, and an Online Language Assessment.
