Role Overview
This opening is for a customer service executive handling international email and chat support in the BFSI domain. The employer is looking for candidates who can join immediately and have strong English communication skills.

Experience and Skill Requirements
Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in customer support through email or chat, specifically within a BFSI or financial services environment. Good written and verbal English communication is essential. Knowledge of FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) will be considered an advantage, and prior exposure to UK financial services will strengthen the application.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time onsite role based at Shriram Gate Way, Perungalathur, Chennai. The schedule follows a 5-day working week with 2 weekly offs and rotational shifts. Two-way cab facility is provided.
Eligibility
Candidates with any graduate degree, including UG and PG backgrounds, may apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.
