Role Overview
Teleperformance is hiring a Sales Executive in Gurugram to manage customer conversations, identify needs, and convert them into sales opportunities. The role focuses on handling inquiries, explaining products or services clearly, and working toward defined performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer requirements and present relevant products or services in an effective way.
- Work toward assigned KPIs and KRAs consistently.
- Respond to customer questions and share accurate product details.
- Manage customer interactions and support the sales process end to end.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfort with a fast-moving, performance-oriented work setting.
- Very good English communication skills.
Work Schedule and Process
- Six working days each week, with Sunday kept as a fixed weekly off.
- Day shift schedule.
