Customer Support - BPO - US Voice Process - Night Shift - WFH

About the Role

31West Global Services is hiring experienced customer support professionals for a US voice process in a permanent work-from-home setup. The role is focused on handling inbound calls for international customers and delivering high-quality service from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from US-based customers and address their queries.
• Offer clear, correct, and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Work to maintain strong call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
• Record customer interactions accurately and follow the defined process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Only candidates with prior experience are eligible; freshers are not considered.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a US voice BPO environment is required.
• Another stated requirement mentions 3+ years of experience in a US inbound voice process.
• Strong spoken English skills are mandatory.
• Candidates must have their own laptop and a stable Wi‑Fi connection.
• The work schedule follows 6 working days per week with rotational weekly off.
• This position is for night shift work and is permanent work from home.
