Overview
We are presenting an exciting contract opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with our client based in Dubai. Candidates holding a spouse visa or their own visa are eligible to apply. The assignment is expected to last over four months and requires onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage objections with professionalism.
- Provide assistance and troubleshooting for customer issues related to banking and financial services.
- Possess a foundational understanding of banking products, digital, and mobile banking platforms to support customers effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in contact center or customer service environments is essential.
