About the Role
This is a fully remote position based in Canada, where you will join a global support team dedicated to providing exceptional assistance to players across various games. You will serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt, clear, and helpful responses. Your role involves managing incoming emails and support tickets, focusing on resolving issues with high quality and ensuring player satisfaction. The work environment is international, remote-first, and emphasizes trust, autonomy, and collaboration. You will play a part in refining internal support procedures and enhancing the overall customer experience. Accountabilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, addressing emails and support tickets promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently investigate and resolve player issues while upholding high standards of service quality and empathy.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of customer support workflows and internal operational processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing within the support department.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in B2C customer support or a comparable client-facing role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, coupled with a service-oriented and customer-centric approach.
- Comfort and capability in working within a fully remote, international team setting.
- A strong interest in gaming is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Preference will be given to candidates located within or near the CET time zone.
