About the Role

This position is for a Customer Support Agent (English Speaking) within a global remote support team dedicated to providing exceptional assistance to players across various games. You will be the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt, clear, and helpful responses. The role involves managing incoming emails and support tickets, focusing on resolving issues effectively to ensure player satisfaction. This is a fully remote, international position within a collaborative and autonomous environment. You will play a part in refining internal support processes and enhancing the overall customer experience, making it an ideal opportunity for gaming enthusiasts seeking a structured yet flexible remote work setup. You will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on long-term game community support and player engagement.

Accountabilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, addressing emails and support tickets promptly and professionally.
  • Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently, maintaining high standards of service quality and empathy.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of customer support workflows and internal procedures.
  • Work with team members to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing within the support function.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C customer support or a comparable client-facing role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient problem-solving capabilities with a strong service orientation and a customer-first approach.
  • Comfortable operating within a fully remote, international work setting.
  • A passion for gaming is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Preference will be given to candidates located in or near the CET time zone.
