About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a global remote support team dedicated to providing exceptional assistance to players across various games. As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will ensure swift, clear, and helpful responses. You will manage incoming emails and support tickets, focusing on resolving issues with a commitment to quality and player satisfaction. You will play a part in refining internal support processes and elevating the overall customer experience. Accountabilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing emails and support tickets promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently while upholding high standards of service quality and empathy.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of customer support workflows and internal operational procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure uniform communication and knowledge exchange within the support function.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in B2C customer support or a comparable client-facing position.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, coupled with a service-oriented and customer-centric approach.
- Comfort and capability in working within a fully remote, international setting.
- A strong interest in gaming is highly desirable.
- The ability to manage time effectively and operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Preference will be given to candidates located within or near the Central European Time (CET) zone.
