Role overview

Ballurh is looking for a customer success professional to manage a portfolio of restaurant clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company supports restaurants in improving profitability and overall performance across delivery platforms such as HungerStation, Jahez, and Keeta through growth campaigns, operational insights, performance tracking, and revenue recovery tools.

This is a full-time, on-site position. It is not a call-center, inbound support, or technical support role. The focus is on account ownership, client outcomes, performance review, and execution of agreed commercial and operational actions.

What the role involves

You will take responsibility for the ongoing success of assigned restaurant accounts, monitor their results, identify issues and opportunities, and help drive actions that improve revenue and operational performance. The role also includes managing revenue-recovery cases, coordinating with clients, and making sure follow-up actions are completed.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship, priorities, and results for a defined group of restaurant clients
  • Learn each account’s business situation, operational challenges, and growth goals
  • Review performance across sales, orders, revenue recovery, advertising, offers, operations, and ROI
  • Create practical account plans and recommendations using available data
  • Run regular client review meetings and follow up until agreed actions are delivered
  • Carry out approved growth and revenue-recovery actions, including disputes, campaigns, and offers, based on Customer Success Lead guidance
  • Spot performance issues, account risks, and growth opportunities early
  • Keep account notes, priorities, and next steps well organized and updated
  • Join client meetings and restaurant visits whenever needed

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has experience managing restaurant partners or accounts within a food-delivery platform, restaurant-technology company, or multi-branch restaurant group. This role suits someone who is comfortable working with commercial data, client relationships, and execution-focused follow-through.

Location and working arrangement

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and requires full-time on-site work at Ballurh’s Riyadh office.

Preferred background

Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Restaurant Partnerships, Vendor Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar area is preferred. Candidates with prior exposure to platforms such as HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, TheChefz, Talabat, or comparable food-delivery and restaurant-tech businesses are especially desirable.

Skills and communication

Strong Arabic communication skills and solid professional English are important for this role. You should also be confident working with performance reports, spreadsheets, commercial metrics, and ROI. Strong ownership, organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage several accounts and workflows at the same time are key.

Who should apply
