Role Overview

SynMax is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Vulcan platform team in Houston, TX. Vulcan uses near real-time satellite imagery to monitor energy and infrastructure construction, providing insights well ahead of traditional forecasts. This position is full-time and onsite with hybrid working arrangements offered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active pipeline by tracking all leads and trial accounts to ensure timely follow-ups and prevent any missed opportunities.
  • Create engaging outreach, check-in, and re-engagement emails that encourage responses from prospects and customers.
  • Update and manage HubSpot CRM to keep the team informed about the status of each deal.
  • Guide trial and subscription agreements through completion to secure finalized deals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Vulcan customers, managing ongoing relationships and providing quick, reliable support.
  • Assist new customers with onboarding to facilitate a smooth, confident start with the platform.
  • Communicate customer feedback with product and engineering teams to inform improvements and development.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to maintain consistent communication and engagement with users.
  • Work closely with the Business Development lead by managing scheduling, note-taking, and preparation to keep sales efforts on track.

Candidate Profile

  • Highly dedicated to thorough follow-up and ensuring no task or communication is overlooked.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or sales support, preferably within SaaS or data-driven environments.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional and persuasive outreach emails.
  • Adept at bridging commercial and technical teams through effective translation and liaison.
  • Well-organized, proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus), and thrives in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.
  • Energy sector experience or relevant industry connections are advantageous but not mandatory.
