About the Role

This position is for an entry-level Customer Success Specialist working remotely in the United States. The role is centered on guiding customers through their journey, responding to questions, handling issues, strengthening client relationships, and helping deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and preserve strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Reply to customer questions through email, chat, and phone.
  • Support customers during onboarding and account setup.
  • Address customer concerns and route more complex matters to the right teams.
  • Track customer satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Keep customer information, records, and documentation accurate and current.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve customer requests.
  • Review customer feedback and look for ways to improve the experience.
  • Prepare reports and status updates on customer activity.
  • Make sure customer requests are followed up on promptly.
  • Contribute to customer success initiatives and related projects.
  • Handle administrative and client support tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, sales support, or a similar area.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to balance several priorities at once.
  • A practical, customer-first approach to solving problems.
  • A professional, reliable, and goal-driven attitude.
