Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and lead large-scale implementation projects from start to finish, adhering to SameSystem's processes and project methodology.
• Provide strategic consulting to clients to maximize the value of our products within their operational processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, engaging proactively in strategic dialogues with customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Play a key role in customer retention, upselling, and sharing SameSystem expertise.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in customer success, project management, and enterprise account management.
• Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing, managing complex projects, and delivering on schedule.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic outcomes.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and making data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken) and English.
• Additional advantage: deep understanding of the retail business.
