About the Role

The organization is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join the Customer Success team. In this position, you will work directly with enterprise clients to help them adopt the platform, stay engaged, and achieve better hiring outcomes. The role is for a Customer Success Manager and is based in Pune, India.

Role Overview

You will manage a set of mid-sized and enterprise accounts for iimjobs and hirist. The job calls for someone with 3 to 7 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, account management, or recruitment consulting. The role requires close coordination with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and strong business results.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will involve guiding clients through onboarding, increasing product usage, and supporting engagement across the account base. You will be expected to provide training sessions and platform walkthroughs for recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers.

You will also need to understand hiring challenges faced by clients and recommend suitable platform solutions in advance. Maintaining regular follow-ups, using data to guide conversations, and sharing hiring insights will be important for driving consistent usage and better outcomes.

Another major part of the role is building trusted relationships with stakeholders in HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams. You will monitor hiring activity, job postings, CV access, shortlisting patterns, and overall platform adoption, then share practical recommendations to improve recruiter efficiency and hiring results.

In addition, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to create a seamless customer experience. Retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction will be key success measures, and you will be expected to act as the customer’s internal voice by raising product feedback and market insights. You will also manage escalations and work toward quick resolution through a consultative approach.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should have strong communication abilities and the confidence to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. You should be comfortable having consultative discussions with HR and business leaders, and you should understand the recruitment lifecycle and broader hiring ecosystem.

A strong sense of ownership, disciplined follow-up, and solid execution skills are important. The role also requires comfort working toward targets related to adoption, engagement, and retention, along with the ability to analyze customer usage data and turn it into actionable insights.

Experience in SaaS, recruitment platforms, staffing, HR-tech, or customer success will be an added advantage.
