Company Overview

Shinka is an AdTech platform focused on programmatic monetisation for CTV and DOOH, bringing advertisers and publishers together. Its platform handles billions of ad requests every day and is built to drive measurable outcomes through technology and strategic partnerships.

Role Summary

This is Shinka’s first dedicated Customer Success hire, responsible for taking customers from go-live through to long-term growth. The role sits at the final stage of the commercial journey — from SDR to Account Executive to Customer Success — and focuses on helping every newly launched account get onboarded smoothly, adopt the platform quickly, and increase usage over time.

Because Shinka operates on a usage-based model, this position is central to revenue growth. The business grows when customers use the platform more because it delivers value, not through heavy renewal negotiation. In this role, strong service directly drives expansion, and you will be rewarded for the usage growth of your accounts. A Technical Solutions Engineer will support the technical parts of onboarding and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of onboarding and launch activities for accounts passed over by the Account Executive, ensuring they are integrated, live, and realising value quickly.
  • Manage Shinka’s current customer base as well as new accounts, handling an active book of live customers and contributing to revenue from day one.
  • Strengthen adoption and retention by building trusted customer relationships, understanding goals, and removing barriers before they turn into churn.
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities such as new use cases, additional inventory, or increased spend as a natural outcome of customer success.
  • Act as the customer’s representative internally by sharing patterns and insights with product and engineering, while staying aligned with the Account Executive and Technical Solutions Engineer throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate account health information, including usage indicators, forecasts, and other key data used to assess risk and target performance.

What We’re Looking For

Shinka is more interested in how you help customers succeed than in the brand names on your CV. The ideal person is relationship-oriented, sees service and growth as one function, and prefers solving a customer’s real issue over forcing an upsell.

We are open on background, but we are looking for someone with experience or strength in the following areas:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or other post-sales ownership roles, ideally where adoption, usage, or retention influenced results.
  • A strong service mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues, respond quickly, and earn customer trust.
  • Commercial judgement to recognise expansion opportunities and act on them in a customer-first way.
  • Comfort working with a technical product and joining technical conversations alongside a Technical Solutions Engineer.
  • Experience in AdTech, programmatic, media/publishing, usage-based pricing, or an early/first customer success role is helpful but not essential.

Offer and Working Setup

  • Base salary of €55,000.
  • OTE of €73,700.
  • Based in Dublin.
  • Hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

Location and Work Eligibility
