Role Overview

As a Customer Success Executive, reporting to the Head of Customer Success and primarily based in Dublin or working in a hybrid setup, you will serve as the main contact for our clients. Your core responsibility will be to foster strong relationships and ensure that customers continually receive value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer assistance through multiple channels including live chat, screen sharing, email, and telephone.
  • Maintain and develop both the internal knowledge base and the external help centre resources.
  • Represent customer insights and feedback to our Product Team to influence future product developments.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our products through continual learning and practical use.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate from a university or college within the past four years.
  • Possess an outgoing and approachable personality.
  • Driven to learn and develop a career in Customer Success.
  • Excellent abilities in communication and organisation.

Additional Information

The position is full-time with a hybrid work setting preferably based in Dublin. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
