Role Overview

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary contact point for clients, ensuring they quickly realize success with PlanD. Your core responsibility will involve onboarding new users and serving as their ongoing support when questions arise. You will collaborate closely with product and GTM teams by providing customer feedback and independently deploying initiatives to enhance customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online onboarding sessions for new customers.
  • Ensure clients rapidly experience PlanD's value and effectively utilize the software.
  • Maintain tight collaboration with product and internal teams to relay customer insights.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of customer success workflows and organizational structures.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Passion for client interaction and ensuring their success.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a readiness to learn and take ownership.
  • Excellent German communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Curiosity about scaling startups to over €10M ARR with lean teams.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in support, customer success, or startup environments.
  • Interest in automation and AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with cleaning services, trades, or field service sectors.

Employment Details

  • Location: Onsite in Berlin.
  • Commitment: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Start Date: August 2026.
