About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer with solid technical proficiency in medical devices to manage deployments, ensure software compliance, address troubleshooting, and drive customer satisfaction within government healthcare establishments throughout Assam.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and debug medical devices and accompanying software.
- Maintain fundamental software compliance and ensure seamless system functioning.
- Deliver onsite technical assistance and user training sessions.
- Liaise with hospitals and government health organizations for effective system implementation.
- Identify and fix both hardware and software malfunctions.
- Keep detailed service reports, installation logs, and compliance paperwork.
- Travel to various locations across Lower and Southern Assam to support customer operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Between one to three years of hands-on experience with medical devices is mandatory.
- Experience with public health or government healthcare projects is advantageous.
- Proven skills in technical troubleshooting and strong communication abilities.
- Ability and readiness to undertake extensive travel throughout Assam.
- Familiarity with Assamese, Hindi, and English languages is preferred.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000.
