Role Overview

The Customer Success Consultant is a contract position based on-site in Riyadh, tasked with guaranteeing that clients meet their learning targets with Berlitz Saudi Arabia. Daily duties include onboarding new clients, understanding their specific training requirements, and tailoring Berlitz solutions to meet these objectives. The consultant monitors program effectiveness by analyzing participation data and outcomes while proactively resolving issues that could affect client satisfaction. Responsibilities encompass maintaining continuous communication with key stakeholders, providing updates on progress, and advising on adjustments to maximize training effectiveness. The role also entails close coordination with internal teams to manage schedules, resources, and reporting to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Possess a relevant bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification.
  • At least two years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum Berlitz L5 level) and native-level fluency in Arabic.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer engagement skills focused on fostering long-term client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Robust analytical abilities to interpret program data, detect trends, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication for engagement with corporate clients, internal teams, and stakeholders of various ranks.
  • Experienced in managing multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring follow-up actions are timely.
  • Background in corporate training, education services, or customer success is advantageous.
  • Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh, adapting flexibly to client needs and managing a dynamic workload.
  • Preferred academic backgrounds include business, education, communications, or related fields.
  • Arabic proficiency is a beneficial skill alongside English fluency.
