Key Responsibilities

• Support customers with their daily banking transactions and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to assist customers in achieving their financial objectives.
• Educate and guide customers in the use of digital banking tools and products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth branch operations.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping others.
• Ability to build trust and establish meaningful relationships quickly.
• Adaptable learner who enjoys acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Comfortable with technology and capable of assisting others with digital tools.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, sales, banking, or call centers is beneficial though not essential.

Previous banking experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

Additional Information

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
