Role Overview
Join one of the largest enterprises in Australia to facilitate their transition to cloud technology. As a Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be responsible for coordinating multiple teams and partners to accelerate clients' cloud adoption journeys. You will serve as the voice of your customers within AWS, ensuring their strategies, culture, and business processes are comprehensively understood and represented to AWS leadership, engineering, and product teams. Your expertise will be crucial in advocating AWS services and guiding customers toward optimal cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive cloud transformation programs encompassing technical, operational, organizational, and educational aspects across IT teams and business units.
- Act as the primary owner for migration projects and strategic initiatives, overseeing progress end-to-end.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies to unlock new opportunities for customers.
- Boost customer cloud adoption through targeted education and enablement efforts.
- Work closely with customers to identify, prioritize, and implement strategic projects, supporting change management to facilitate AWS services integration.
- Help develop and improve the Customer Solutions Management function by establishing new processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Manage time effectively and coordinate among customers, AWS, and partners to speed up the cloud adoption process.
- Serve as a thought leader within AWS by sharing success strategies and influencing industry trends.

Basic Qualifications
- Over 5 years experience managing large-scale technical or engineering programs with a track record of business benefits and successful completions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in technical and non-technical transformation projects.
- Experience working directly with customers, including engaging executives and technologists to resolve business challenges using advanced technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud credentials; or Associate's degree or higher.
- At least 10 years of experience in cloud architecture and solution deployment or a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related disciplines.
