About the Role
Qatar Airways’ Doha Contact Centre is seeking a motivated customer service professional to join its high-performing team. In this position, you will support customers in German, Spanish, and Italian, while also assisting English-speaking customers through phone, email, and web chat. The focus of the role is to deliver excellent service, keep customer satisfaction high, and work as part of a collaborative contact centre team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls in a professional manner and respond to questions while promoting Qatar Airways products and services through selling, upselling, and cross-selling where suitable.
- Prepare new bookings, modify existing reservations, and provide fare quotes along with applicable ticketing and reissue rules.
- Manage multiple products and service requests, and route more complex matters to senior contact centre staff when needed.
- Assist with e-commerce, trade, and frequent flyer programme activities.
- Process ticket refunds.
Training and Onboarding
Selected candidates will complete 5 weeks of classroom-based training followed by 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The training covers the Amadeus global distribution system as well as Qatar Airways products and policies. Experienced team members and industry specialists will guide you throughout the learning period.
