Position Overview
This role involves providing front-line customer service and support for Saregama India Ltd., a leading music label and content producer. The incumbent will manage customer interactions through various communication channels to ensure excellent support and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries received via phone, chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide assistance related to application usage, subscriptions, and troubleshoot basic issues customers face.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns, fostering a seamless service experience.
- Collaborate internally with relevant teams to escalate and resolve complex issues successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and feedback for performance tracking.
