Role Overview

An upscale beauty clinic in Jeddah is looking to hire a Receptionist to support front-desk operations and help maintain a polished client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and handle appointment scheduling.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions.
  • Maintain the booking calendar and keep in touch with clients for follow-ups.
  • Work closely with medical and administrative teams to keep daily operations organized.
  • Ensure every visitor receives a professional, high-quality service experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front-office role, ideally in a clinic or medical setting.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a neat, professional presentation.
  • Comfortable using computers and appointment management software.
