Key accountabilities

  • Respond to customers in a timely, professional manner across phone calls, Zoom, and other virtual communication channels.

  • Identify customer needs, work toward quick resolutions, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Join regular training sessions to strengthen product understanding and communication ability.
  • Work with remote colleagues to maintain consistent service standards and a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow company procedures and service rules.
