Role overview

This opportunity is being handled by a partner employer, which will manage applications and the next stages of the hiring process. The role is based in Germany and can be performed remotely.

You will operate at the meeting point of advanced marketing analytics and enterprise client strategy in a rapidly growing environment. In this position, you will act as a trusted partner to senior marketing leaders, helping convert complex Marketing Mix Modeling findings into practical commercial decisions. The job is highly client-facing and centered on building long-term relationships with enterprise advertisers across multiple markets. You will support customers from onboarding through adoption and value delivery, while also spotting opportunities to grow existing accounts. By working closely with data, product, and analytics specialists, you will help customers achieve measurable results from their media spend. This is a visible, high-impact role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, analytical thinking, and consulting experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the entire post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, product adoption, value realization, renewals, and account growth.
  • Act as the main strategic contact for senior stakeholders such as CMOs, Media Directors, and marketing effectiveness leaders.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring data is collected accurately and efficiently across several media channels.
  • Turn Marketing Mix Modeling results into clear recommendations that guide media and business decisions.
  • Run executive business reviews, strategic presentations, and recurring performance discussions with senior decision-makers.
  • Advise customers on media spend optimization, measurement approach, and marketing effectiveness best practices.
  • Partner with data science, analytics, and product teams to deliver strong outcomes and improve the customer experience over time.
  • Track account health, identify risks early, and pursue retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the customer internally by sharing feedback that helps inform product development and roadmap priorities.
  • Teach clients how to understand MMM methods, attribution models, and media performance interpretation.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Media Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Consulting, or similar areas.
  • Experience working with media agencies, AdTech/MarTech businesses, marketing measurement platforms, or enterprise marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated success handling enterprise B2B accounts and senior executive relationships.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, performance marketing, and marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of media KPIs such as Reach, Frequency, ROAS, Incremental ROAS, Attribution, and MMM approaches.
  • Ability to analyze complex data outputs and convert them into practical business guidance.
  • Background in leading executive presentations, strategic reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative advisory abilities.
  • Comfort working closely with technical, data, and product teams.
  • Business-level fluency in French and English is required.
  • Native-level or fully bilingual ability in Spanish, Italian, or German, depending on market needs, is required.
