Job Summary
This role focuses on supporting customers in the logistics and transport space by keeping them informed about shipments, deliveries, and operational updates. The position is responsible for handling queries, managing escalations, and maintaining a consistently high level of service so that customers receive timely and accurate support.

Responsibilities
- Keep customers informed with prompt updates on shipment movement and delivery progress.
- Respond to questions about logistics activities, delays, and service-related concerns.
- Work with internal operations and transport teams to manage and close escalations.
- Communicate delivery schedules and exceptions clearly and proactively.
- Coordinate with planning, dispatch, warehouse, and transport teams to resolve issues.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and support satisfaction.
- Monitor shipments and share live status updates whenever needed.
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and the actions taken to resolve them.
- Spot repeated issues and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Follow service level agreements and company procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid interpersonal ability.
- Capability to manage customer concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure while handling several requests at once.
- Good problem-solving ability and cross-team coordination skills.
- Comfort with MS Office and shipment or logistics tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in customer service, ideally within logistics or transportation.
- Exposure to shipment tracking or transport coordination will be considered an advantage.
