Role Overview
Tabby is hosting an open recruitment day for Customer Service Representative roles in Riyadh. This is a walk-in interview opportunity for candidates who are ready to join a fast-growing fintech business focused on helping customers shop and pay with flexible payment solutions, including Buy Now, Pay Later.
Tabby operates across the GCC and serves millions of customers through partnerships with major brands. As a financial company, it is important to note that some products may include interest charges.
The company is looking for candidates who are professional, motivated, and committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience, rather than a traditional call-center style environment.

Key Responsibilities
