Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to support a remote team. In this position, you will communicate with customers by email, chat, and phone, with the goal of delivering a smooth and positive support experience.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys assisting others, resolving issues, and working with a high degree of independence in a polished, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions and concerns across email, chat, and phone channels in a courteous and empathetic manner.
  • Support customers with account-related inquiries and service requests.
  • Share clear and accurate details about products and services.
  • Record customer conversations and actions in internal systems.
  • Forward more complicated cases to the correct internal team.
  • Work in line with customer support processes and company standards.
  • Keep communication respectful, calm, and positive at all times.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively whenever possible.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring at least 1 year of customer service experience, along with strong spoken and written communication skills. Success in this role also requires the ability to work independently in a remote setup, basic computer literacy, careful attention to detail, and a dependable internet connection. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.

Preferred Experience

Additional value will be given to candidates who have worked remotely before, have used CRM tools, or have experience supporting customers through email and chat.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $28 to $35 per hour, with estimated annual earnings of $58,000 to $72,000.
