Restaurant Crewmember

Role overview

Raising Cane’s is looking to add Restaurant Crewmembers in Albany, GA. This is a full-time, on-site restaurant role where you may handle a mix of front-of-house and back-of-house duties while contributing to a fast-paced, upbeat team environment. The company is hiring right away for all shifts, including opening, closing, and everything in between.

This position is entry-level and does not require prior restaurant experience. Paid training is provided for every new crew member, and the company aims to support long-term growth in the restaurant career path.

Starting pay begins at $15 per hour. Within the first year, employees may be eligible to earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through extra training, certifications, and performance reviews.

What the job involves

• Handling customer service and team support duties across different shifts
• Taking customer orders and completing payment transactions accurately
• Keeping tables, floors, and other restaurant areas clean
• Following food safety practices while preparing and serving food
• Working alongside teammates to keep service running smoothly
• Managing multiple tasks in a busy restaurant setting

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old
• Provide quick, friendly service to every customer
• Support teammates and help complete assigned tasks

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, climbing stairs, and reaching above the head and below the waist

Pay and benefits

Hourly crew members may be eligible for competitive pay and a range of benefits and rewards.
