About the Role
This position involves working in the BAJAJ Domestic Voice Process, with responsibilities to handle both inbound and outbound customer calls. Ideal candidates will have basic communication skills and be comfortable engaging with customers in Hindi and/or Marathi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer support and service.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or above.
- Basic communication skills required.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced applicants.
- Preference given to candidates proficient in regional languages (Hindi/Marathi).
Work Schedule and Location
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Day off: Sunday.
- Job location: Viman Nagar, Pune.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed salary: ₹13,700 in hand monthly, plus incentives.
- For candidates with regional language skills, salary can be up to ₹16,000.
