About the Role

In this customer-facing role, your focus will be on delivering a positive experience for every guest. You will help keep the store clean, well stocked, and inviting at all times. The work environment is busy and requires strong multitasking and time management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing friendly and consistent service to customers
• Keeping the store tidy, organised, stocked, and welcoming
• Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting
• Learning about the full product range and current promotions so you can confidently share them with customers

What We're Looking For

• A strong commitment to excellent customer service
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to spend long periods standing, with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching required
• Availability for flexible shifts, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
• Willingness to learn and actively promote products and specials

Pre-Employment Requirements

The selected candidate must be able to prove their legal right to work in Australia and provide a current police clearance certificate.
